Association of Washington Cities

  • On behalf of the Association of Washington Cities Employee Benefit Trust (AWC Trust), Aon is soliciting proposals for Dependent Verification Services for a January 1, 2026, effective date. The purpose of this RFP is to select a dependent verification vendor for ongoing services that best meets the service needs of the AWC Trust. RFP Responses are due by July 18, 2025.

City County Insurance Services (Oregon)

League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust

  • LMC is seeking a Litigation Management Attorney to monitor and advise on significant claims or litigation from pre-litigation stage to claim resolution. To make timely recommendations for the future handling and/or resolution of such claims. Assist with media inquiries and responses; provide information and statements regarding pending litigation for Trust members, LMCIT Board and management staff.
  • LMCIT is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Attorney to handle legal and litigation matters, including drafting legal documents, developing litigation strategies, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, negotiating settlements, and trying cases before the Office of Administrative Hearings. The role also includes representing LMCIT before the Minnesota Workers’ Compensation Court of Appeals and the Minnesota Supreme Court.
