Alaska Public Risk Alliance

  • The Alaska Public Risk Alliance (APRA), a new risk pool formed by the merger of Alaska Public Entity Insurance (APEI) and the Alaska Municipal League Joint Insurance Association (AMLJIA), is seeking its first Executive Director. APRA has been incorporated as a nonprofit organization and will begin offering coverage to some 220 member public entities on July 1. The Board of Directors is searching for a seasoned leader with the skills and personal qualities necessary for the achievement of APRA’s mission.

League of Minnesota Cities

  • LMC is seeking a Staff Attorney l to research and answer a variety of oral and written inquiries on municipal government, with legal, policy, governance, management, and service delivery implications, by member cities, city attorneys, and state agencies which reflect considerable knowledge of local government. Participate in various roles on projects of department- or League-wide scope.  Research, update and write materials on municipal law, legislative or loss-control topics. Provide interdepartmental legal analysis and research assistance. 

Municipal Association of South Carolina

  • MASC is accepting applications for a Director of Risk Management Services to lead the administration of two self-funded insurance programs for local governments, including workers’ compensation and property/liability insurance programs. This position also oversees the retirement benefit post-employment benefit trust and provides guidance to the governing boards of each trust program.

Oklahoma Municipal Assurance Group
