The second annual NLC-RISC IT Symposium was held in Orlando, FL on April 16-17, 2026.
The symposium brought together IT professionals, thought leaders, and innovators from across the public entity pooling community. The symposium was facilitated by Ryan Draughn and Mark Snodgrass of NLC Mutual and focused on collaborative discussion around shared technology challenges and opportunities. The Florida League of Cities graciously hosted the event at their new offices in Orlando, providing an engaging setting that encouraged open dialogue and peer learning among participants.
