The NLC-RISC Mentor Program provides a great benefit for RISC member pool staff to learn from each other. The program creates an opportunity to share resources, gain knowledge, promote leadership and connection between member pools.
Most mentor groups meet about once a month; total time commitment is about 15-20 hours for the program year. All RISC member staff are eligible to participate with Pool Administrator approval.
