We are excited to share our HR flyer with you. This resource is meant for you to use when recruiting for open positions at your pool. It touches on public entity risk pooling, benefits pools offer, and the core values of the pooling industry.
A couple of things to note:
- This example is branded as LMCIT. It incorporates their brand colors and logo. Anywhere on the document that has the red or grey, can be changed by your pool to reflect your own organization’s branding.
- We understand that some of your pools identify as different types of entities, whether that is a non-profit, government entity, etc. Within the Core Values, under Industry, we can edit the end of that sentence to whichever descriptor matches your organization best.
- The bar at the bottom of the page that currently says “Explore Careers at LMCIT” as well as the pool’s logo, can be linked to your organization’s job board.
