NLC-RISC has partnered with Paradigm, a national leader in providing catastrophic and complex case management. Paradigm’s Systematic Care Management℠ model brings together nationally recognized doctors, expert clinical staff, a superior network of care facilities around the country, and nearly 30 years of clinical data to specifically address the needs of those with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, burns, and multiple trauma. Paradigm’s fixed-cost, medical risk transfer contracts deliver guaranteed outcomes, striving to meet the unique needs of each client and solving the widest range of problems with certainty.

How It Works

When a case is referred, Paradigm assigns a clinical team, works with treating providers, and develops a care plan focused on recovery and coordination of services.

What RISC Members Should Know

There is no cost for an initial assessment, no contract is required to make a referral, and members can decide whether to move forward after reviewing the proposed outcome plan.
