State Municipal League: Maryland Municipal League

Risk Pool: Local Government Insurance Trust
Since 1987, many local government entities in the State of Maryland have covered their primary and excess liability, auto, environmental, property, boiler and machinery through the LGIT. The Trust’s main purpose is to provide joint self-insurance programs or pools for towns, cities and counties in the State of Maryland.
Massachusetts
State Municipal League: Massachusetts Municipal Association
The MMA is the professional trade association for the municipal officials of Massachusetts. They are nonpartisan policy experts, advocates, and connectors. The organization’s goals include public policy advocacy, membership education, intergovernmental relations, services to cities and towns, public awareness, and unity.
Risk Pool: Massachusetts Interlocal Insurance Association
MIIA is the nonprofit membership service of the Massachusetts Municipal Association. Their job is to protect and serve the local communities within the state. They’re responsive partners, listening, learning and launching health and safety programs that matter.
New Hampshire
State Municipal League: New Hampshire Municipal Association

Risk Pool: HealthTrust
The HealthTrust provides benefits to employers, employees, retirees and family members of the towns, cities, schools, and other public entities in New Hampshire. Founded in 1985 to exclusively serve New Hampshire’s public sector, they are a nonprofit provider of medical, prescription drug, dental, life, and disability benefit plans, health-boosting Well-Being Programs, and exceptional Member and Enrollee services.

State Municipal League: New Jersey League of Municipalities
The New Jersey State League of Municipalities is a voluntary association created to help communities do a better job of self-government through pooling information resources and brainpower. It is authorized by State Statute, and since 1915 has been serving local officials throughout the Garden State.

State Municipal League: New York State Conference of Mayors
