About the NLC-RISC Trustees Conference

The annual NLC-RISC Trustees Conference provides an opportunity for pool executives and governing board members, also known as trustees, to learn about emerging trends impacting pooling organizations. The conference presents workshops, programs, and resources designed to help trustees fulfill their fiduciary responsibilities to the pool and execute the mission of their organization. This conference offers great opportunities to network with fellow trustees from across the country—all in a non-competitive, collaborative environment!

Plan Your Conference Experience with PheedLoop

PheedLoop, the official conference website for the Trustees Conference, is now live. Attendees can view the full agenda, including complete session and speaker listings with descriptions, to see what sparks their interest. PheedLoop will also be used throughout the conference to share important announcements and reminders, including event locations and upcoming sessions.

The platform also includes a curated Things to Do guide with 60+ local recommendations—from activities and museums to dining, coffee, and drinks—along with a custom Google Map that can be downloaded to a mobile device for easy, on‑the‑go navigation.

The 2026 NLC-RISC Trustees Conference will take place at The Westin Savannah Harbor Resort in Savannah, Georgia from May 13 – 15. The riverfront Welcome Reception will kick off the event on Wednesday evening. Sessions will commence the following morning on Thursday, May 14. The conference will conclude with a Closing Reception on Friday, May 15.

Full Registration: $850
Guest All-Event Pass: $400
Guest Closing Reception Only: $200

May 1, 2025 – May 12, 2026: 50% Refund
No show: Forfeiture of registration fee
